📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the demand for the product. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Why does shipping take a little longer than usual?
To keep our prices competitive and offer a wider range of products, we ship directly from our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to avoid unnecessary storage costs and pass the savings on to you.
Will my items arrive together?
Sometimes items are shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If you ordered multiple products, they may arrive in different packages.
🔍 Tracking & Order Status
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your package through our tracking page or the courier’s website.
My tracking hasn’t updated — should I be worried?
Not at all. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear while your package is moving between logistics hubs. This is completely normal.
Why does my tracking show the same status for several days?
International shipments often move through large processing centers, which can cause tracking to remain unchanged for short periods. Your package is still on its way.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible with the correct details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing.
